Water damage restoration
Any hour. Someone answers.
Double N Services provides 24/7 emergency water damage restoration across Marietta and Metro Atlanta. Call (770) 845-4303 any hour and someone answers: we stop the water, extract it, remove what can’t be saved, dry the structure, and put your floors back.
Water coming in right now? Stop reading and call (770) 845-4303. Every hour water sits, it moves further into your subfloor, baseboards and drywall.
Burst pipes, overflowing toilets, failed water heaters and dishwasher leaks don’t wait for business hours. Neither do we. And because we’re a flooring company, the job doesn’t end at “dry”. We can rebuild the floor that got damaged.
What we handle
- Water extraction from floors, carpet and pad.
- Structural drying of subfloors, walls and baseboards.
- Removal of damaged materials: wet pad, drywall, baseboards, so they don’t become a mold problem.
- Fire and mold damage.
- Putting it back: drywall, paint and new flooring once everything is dry.

Right now
While you wait for the crew
In the first hour, if it’s safe to do so
- Stop the source. Turn off the fixture or the home’s main water shut-off.
- Stay clear of electricity. Keep people and pets away from water near outlets, cords and the electrical panel.
- Photograph everything before anything is moved.
- Lift what you can: rugs, small furniture, valuables: off wet floors.
- Call your insurer as well as us. Whether a loss is covered depends on your policy.
Don’t use a household vacuum on standing water, and don’t walk on sagging ceilings or soft floors.

Call (770) 845-4303 Request an estimateDo you really answer water damage calls 24/7?
Yes. Emergency water damage calls to (770) 845-4303 are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays.
If water is coming in right now, call rather than filling in a form.
What should I do while I wait for you?
If it’s safe, stop the water at the source (turn off the fixture, or the main water shut-off) and keep people and pets away from wet areas, especially near outlets, cords or the electrical panel.
Move valuables and small furniture off wet floors if you can do it safely. Take photos of the damage before anything is moved; they’re useful for your records and your insurer. Don’t use a household vacuum on standing water.
Why does speed matter so much with water damage?
Because water keeps spreading after the leak stops (into the subfloor, baseboards, drywall and carpet pad) and damp materials can start growing mold within a few days.
The sooner water is extracted and the structure is dried, the less has to be torn out and replaced.
Do you handle mold and fire damage too?
Yes. We handle water, fire and mold damage, including removing damaged drywall and other materials, and putting the area back together afterward.
One customer’s review describes exactly that: mold-damaged drywall in a bathroom removed, replaced, repaired and painted.
Will my insurance cover water damage?
That depends entirely on your policy and what caused the damage, so call your insurance company as well as us.
We can’t promise coverage (nobody honestly can before the insurer reviews the claim), but we can stop the damage from getting worse while you sort it out.
Can you replace the flooring after it’s dried out?
Yes. That’s the advantage of a flooring company doing restoration. Once the structure is dry, we can install new hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile or carpet.
See our luxury vinyl plank page if you want something more water-resistant this time.
