Tile is the most durable floor there is when it’s laid on a solid, flat base, and the most frustrating when it isn’t: cracked tiles and crumbling grout lines are almost always a sign of movement underneath. So we start below the tile, not on top of it.

Can you repair cracked tiles without redoing the floor?
Usually, yes. Individual cracked or chipped tiles can often be removed and replaced.
Matching is easiest if you have spare tiles from the original job, so check the garage before you call. If tiles keep cracking, we’ll check for movement in the subfloor underneath.
Do you repair tile damaged by water?
Yes. Water-damaged tile and the area under it can be repaired; we check the subfloor before re-tiling so the problem doesn’t come back.
