Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026. This policy explains what Double N Services (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: call (770) 845-4303 or email doublencarpets@hotmail.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the estimate form or chat: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the work you need, rooms, rough square footage, timing, how you’d like to be contacted, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the website that sent you (the referrer), and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example
utm_sourceor an ad click ID). We send these with your request so we know which ads and listings work. - Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your browser type and IP address, in our hosting provider’s logs. Your browser also stores a small note that you already sent a request, so a double tap doesn’t send it twice.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about your request: setting up your estimate, scheduling and confirming visits, and following up on the job.
- If you separately agree to it, to text you occasional reminders and offers (see SMS terms).
- To keep records of our work for you, and to understand which of our advertising brings in customers.
- To block spam and duplicate submissions.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example our customer-management and messaging platform, our website host, and our phone and text-message carriers), only so they can provide that service to us, or when the law requires it.
Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages.
Text messages
We only text you if you ask us to by ticking the box on our form or by texting us first. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our SMS terms.
Third-party features on this site
The chat bubble is provided by our customer-management platform, and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. These services may set their own cookies and are covered by their own privacy policies. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and estimate records for as long as we need them to serve you, back up our work, and meet tax and legal requirements. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices

- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Stop emails or calls by telling us.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home or business. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
