Effective October 27, 2026. These terms cover your use of this website and our text-message program. By using the site you agree to them.
Estimates
Requesting an estimate through this site is free and puts you under no obligation. Information on this site is general; the price, scope and schedule for your job are set in the written estimate we give you after seeing the work.
SMS terms
- Program: Double N Services customer text messages.
- What you’ll get: if you tick the first box on our form, texts about your estimate request, such as scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on your job. If you also tick the second box, occasional reminders and offers, such as seasonal cleaning reminders.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don’t charge for our texts.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one confirmation and then no more texts. To start again, reply START.
- For help: reply HELP, call (770) 845-4303, or email doublencarpets@hotmail.com.
- Consent is optional: agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number: see our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or text consent for marketing purposes.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending automated or false requests. Photos, text and design on this site belong to Double N Services or are used with permission.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate, but it’s provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses from using it. The work we do for you is governed by your written estimate or agreement, not by this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
